Sizing is shockingly bad. I am size 8-10 And ordered a medium as I wanted a looser fit for my holiday shorts. That was too tight, so I ordered a large (which felt crazy due to my size) and even the large was small. Gave up.

Terrible. False information displayed on their website about delivery times. No indication where the item is coming from...could be the UK, could be from France. You have to guess really and hope that you get your order in a sensible time frame. Mine took forever. Ordered on 21st July. Arrived on 31st when I was already on holiday. Complaining doesn't help as apparently that time frame is acceptable to this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Tried to return this item using Roxy's online return service but item ‘apparently' lost, despite tracking service.

Your customer service is non existent. I've returned my order nearly two weeks ago and still have not received confirmation of the return or my refund.

I have yet to review my order so I am unable to review - my daughters birthday is this Friday so I sincerely hope it arrives by then as it was ordered in plenty of time

I have not received the bikini top part of my order a month later, only the bottoms. I have raised multiple enquiries via the website, as it is the only way to contact Roxy and there is no number to call. I have had 4 of the same automated email responses so far to my enquiry, which all said the second part of my order is to be delivered. When I asked for a more personalised response to My inquiry today I was told the parcel had in fact already been delivered with a photograph showing it outside my front door. This was actually the first part of the order and the second part has still not been received.
