10 days after purchasing my goods I am still waiting for my order. I've tried contacting customer service, only to receive a generic email back that does not help me resolve my issue. I still do not know where my order is and when I will get it. There is no phone number to speak to anyone from the company directly either. Very disappointed with customer support.
