Slow delivery, no response to my email about returns
I haven't received my order. The tracking link in the dispatch email doesn't work. I've contacted RVCA twice to ask for tracking information but have just been ignored.

Order took 3 weeks, never received a reply to any of my emails asking for delivery details.
My order took over 2 weeks to arrive, and that was only after chasing up with customer services, which was not a simple process. Not a great experience and has put me off wanting to order again, which is a shame as I like the clothing.
It's been 6 days and my order is still being “prepared for delivery “

Shipping slow, items different in sizing than others from same line. Quality of the shorts were ace. Shirt wasn't a material I like, not a reflection on them

I have had RVCA clothing for lots of years, I feel now that the variation of clothing has changed quite a bit and I do prefer the older styles, also the sizing seems to be well off, I ordered large but they were more like XL

Clothing is great but delivery is rubbish, took 8 days to come which isn't a problem but no updates on what stage the delivery was at and then no confirmation from courier that it had been recieved or delivered, as I was away. Took me countless emails to track down then finally got an answer that it had been delivered and that's when I recieved confirmation of delivery? Had to get someone to go my house and check and they found it had been left in the recycling bin
First came across your clothing in Ron Jon's Cocoa beach . Bought a couple of your t shirts there and have kept your products in mind ever since . Always something new
