For the first question I would have a real feedback at least after 1 month, now is too early. For the second answer, I would definitely recommend because is a type of exercise that everyone in life should try at least one time. It's something else.

C'était ma première séance. J'ai une condition physique particulière (handicap à la suite d'un accident) et j'ai ressenti qu'on souhaite à la fois me permettre de progresser et de respecter mes capacités, car les deux sont aussi indispensables au maintien de ma qualité de vie.
