2 great t shirts and one which doesn't fit despite being the same size and style. Issue reported I've heard nothing after a swift initial reply asking for pictures. I can't return the t-shirt because the returns link isn't working.

La calidad de la ropa y los plazos están genial, pero el servicio de entrega desde varios puntos si pides varias cosas da lugar a confusión, deberían gestionar mejor el tema de los seguimientos entre chronopost y SEUR por ejemplo en España, me he dado cuenta que me marcaba como entregado el paquete a mí, cuando en realidad se lo habían entregado a SEUR para hacer el último reparto, y me he pasado dos dias esperando un paquete que aparecía como entregado sin que se hubiera entregado, esto en bloques de vecinos da lugar a confusión, y se puede mejorar, por lo demás todo bien

Die Kleidung ist wunderschön, leider ging bei einem Shirt nach einmaligem tragen die Naht auf
Gratis Griptape war nicht vorhanden und Falsches Schraubenset geliefert.
Da man als CH Kunde zwingend die Retourenkosten selber übernehmen muss (was ich zwar angesichts der CO2 Emission gerne mache) aber trotzdem finde ich es nicht fair, dass es hier in der CH keinen Shop gibt, wo man es zurückgeben kann - obwohl es auf eurer Homepage steht!! Da fühle ich mich als CH Kunde ziemlich veräppelt.
