Item didn't arrive for almost a month, I only got automatic responses from customer care saying they were going to ship it asap and id get a shipping notification, which I never did. In the end my order number wasn't a match when trying to track via the website. I'd honestly given up and thought I'd bought my item from a scam site. Thankfully, it arrived out of the blue, four weeks after I ordered it.

Nous avons reçu hier la commande n° 570173696 par Bpost. Malheureusement, le colis était endommagé et partiellement ouvert.
Il ne contenait que trois articles. L'article n° 3616751386460 était manquant.
Vous trouverez ci-joint une photo du colis tel qu'il était à la réception. Le ruban adhésif était appliqué comme indiqué sur la photo.
Bpost ayant simplement déposé le colis devant notre porte, nous n'avons pas pu contacter le livreur.
Pourriez-vous nous envoyer ce t-shirt séparément, s'il vous plaît ?

I returned an item on 6/1 and I am still awaiting a credit. The parcel has been with the courier since 6/1 and the status hasn't changed. The automated customer service responses are very poor and disappointing. Nobody clearly cares. I won't be purchasing items from you again which is a shame as the products are good.
