La mia iniziale titubanza per l'acquisto online era significativa, ma il fatto di poter restituire l'apparecchio dopo un mese di prova mi ha convinto a fare il passo. Il servizio di vendita con Alan Conti si è rivelato serio e privo di pressioni, mi ha lasciato decidere con i miei tempi, nonostante ci siano voluti quattro mesi prima che prendessi la decisione finale. L'pparecchio è arrivato rispettando precisamente i tempi indicati, confezionato accuratamente con posta prioritaria. Era perfettamente sintonizzato secondo il mio esame audiometrico, un dettaglio che ha fatto la differenza, poiché mi ha permesso di indossarlo immediatamente. Ho affrontato tre sedute con Domenico Camasta, audioprotesista esperto, competente, e preciso che mi ha ascoltata e risolto velocemente alcuni problemi.

Ho scoperto Auzen per la mia ipoacusia bilaterale e, nonostante uno scetticismo iniziale, dopo un video-incontro con Alan che ha chiarito tutti i miei dubbi, ho provato i modelli Signia e Phonak. Alan e Domenico si sono dimostrati molto professionali e disponibili. Nel mio caso il prezzo è decisamente più conveniente, con un risparmio di circa il 45% rispetto ad altri fornitori. Inoltre, le regolazioni illimitate da casa tramite videochiamata rendono il servizio comodo e pratico. Nonostante un problema tecnico con il Phonak sinistro, il loro supporto flessibile mi ha permesso di estendere la prova per entrambi i modelli e scegliere con calma quello più adatto alle mie esigenze, ossia proprio il Phonak. Consiglio Auzen per qualità, risparmio e assistenza eccellente. Professionisti al mio fianco, non solo per la vendita degli apparecchi, ma per un vero accompagnamento nel percorso di riabilitazione uditiva.

Talia has been an excellent audiologist navigating me through the different options available and supporting me in making the right decision. I was initially apprehensive in terms of the online offering and whether this would in any way prevent me from making the right choice. After all, having a face to face dialogue is key to building trust when you are making an investment in relation to your well-being. And this is by no means a small cost. However, Talia made this very easy to follow. She has been transparent throughout the process in terms of the associated costs, expectations and her service. There are absolutely no hidden costs and she has always been available to clear my doubts and answer any questions I have had during the whole process. Even after the device was delivered, she was very meticulous in explaining how to use the device, it's maintenance and care and the importance of using it daily in the first week to experience the benefits. I am truly grateful to have made the right choice and having had Talia as my audiologist.
