Hallo Element Customer Experience Team, ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Einkaufserlebnis. Ich hatte lange überlegt un damit drei schöne Shirts herausgesucht, die mir gut gefallen. Dann würde zunächst nur ein einzelnes Shirt versandt und beim Versand der restlichen, war eines nicht mehr lieferbar. Ich verstehe nicht, wie das sein kann, wenn es doch beim Einkauf noch in größerer Stückzahl vorhanden war. Das hat mich sehr geärgert.

J'ai acheté 2 t short, pas encore mis mais lavé a 30° , je trouve que la qualité du coton 'pluche ' La qualité n'y est pas pour le prix !
Service et produit parfait
Le service est inexistant. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande. J'ai essayé de vous contacter par mail ou au téléphone avec aucune réponse ni pour l'un ni pour l'autre. Cela fait plus de 15 jours que j'ai fait la commande sur des habits en stock. Je pars Jeudi soir et je n'ai encore rien reçu et surtout je n'ai aucune nouvelle de l'état de ma livraison. C'est inadmissible.

Leuke aanbiedingen, gratis geleverd als je lid bent. Alleen jammer dat de klantenservice super slecht is. Die reageren helemaal nergens op. Anders had ik wel een 9 gegeven.
