Pas toujours facile d'entrer en contact avec vous, pas de ligne dirrecte. Quelques problèmes "à l'allumage" avec la 1ère "mise en place" des aides auditives. Une fois tout ça réglé, très bien.

Domenico Camasta il quale è stato impeccabile nel regolarmi l'apparecchio in modo tale che non avevo mai sentito bene come ora. Sono veramente molto contento. Grazie per avermi reso felice.
Non c'è mai stata una sbavatura . Tutto perfetto . Sono soddisfatto in tutto, almeno fino ad ora . Il tempo dirà se ho avuto ragione ma non ho motivo per dubitarne . L'ho già consigliato agli amici che hanno lo stesso mio problema di ipoacusia .

Talia has been an excellent audiologist navigating me through the different options available and supporting me in making the right decision. I was initially apprehensive in terms of the online offering and whether this would in any way prevent me from making the right choice. After all, having a face to face dialogue is key to building trust when you are making an investment in relation to your well-being. And this is by no means a small cost. However, Talia made this very easy to follow. She has been transparent throughout the process in terms of the associated costs, expectations and her service. There are absolutely no hidden costs and she has always been available to clear my doubts and answer any questions I have had during the whole process. Even after the device was delivered, she was very meticulous in explaining how to use the device, it's maintenance and care and the importance of using it daily in the first week to experience the benefits. I am truly grateful to have made the right choice and having had Talia as my audiologist.

Sono molto soddisfatta dell'esperienza con Auzen. Tutto è personalizzato secondo le mie esigenze e il team, super cortese, mi ha seguito in ogni fase: Alan mi ha aiutata a scegliere il prodotto più idoneo alla mia condizione e alla mia possibilità di spesa, illustrandomi ogni dettaglio, rispondendo ad ogni mia domanda e soprattutto mettendosi sempre a disposizione anche in fase di post vendita; Domenico mi sta seguendo per quanto riguarda la parte tecnica, apportando le regolazioni degli apparecchi e le modifiche dei vari parametri in base ai miei feedback. Trovo molto comoda la possibilità di fare tutto in telemedicina, tramite l'app degli apparecchi. Consiglio quindi Auzen per l'ottimo servizio e per i prezzi super competitivi.

Great value and excellent service. The online process from purchase through to fitting and fine tuning with my Audiologist Talia was very straightforward.
The experience has been a pleasure and extremely efficient. The cost was about £1300 less than Boots price for the same product. Appointments with Talia are much easier than attending an appointment at Boots or wherever, and she makes herself available as needed. The online adjustment facility is excellent and she has tweaked the settings according to my experience. Plus being a very pleasant person to work with.
