The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Equipment was good quality and when I had an issue with my boots they quickly helped me fix it and switch boots. Really good location too.

The rubber binding on my Snowboard boats were ripped a few times and took multiple attempts to solve the issues, which is dangerous. In other hand the employees were helpful and provide the best offer they could give and react properly.

Friendly and welcoming. Excellent quality top end Elan Amphibio Skis for my athletic 12 year old. Perfect wide last boots for his enormous paddles of feet. Quick service. Allowed us to collect a day early so we could hit the slopes. Gave advice on services available in resort and where the best skiing currently was. Would definitely use again.

Terrible service! Not in the store but Intersport as a whole. As our accommodation was cancelled last minute in les menuires, we had to relocate to val Thorens. It was not possible to switch to the intersport store in val Thorens which made us go back and forth between les menuires and val Thorens with al the gear. That is what we call French service. No flexibility or empathy what so ever.
