The shop offered red pack skis instead of black we had booked. I had to rent the correct skis from another Intersport shop. The first shop refunded the hire cost, but the in-store price incurred at the second shop was much higher, so I was out of pocket by 28 Euro. Everyone was polite and helpful but apparently no further resolution possible/offered. Therefore I had the skis I booked in the end, but overpaid and had the inconvenience of arguing my case while on holiday. It was Intersport's fault. I do not feel like a valued customer and therefore I am not likely to use Intersport again.
