Client validéCustomer service was poor compared to other rental companies we have used. This resulted in some of our group having to change equipment a few times before it felt right. When returning our equipment the boots weren't scanned in and one of our group was told that 3 sets of boots had not been returned but when we went back to check they had a look and the boots were actually there - so not a very good system and had we not gone back & double checked then I presume they would have tried to charge us for them.
