Ski très bien mais avec supplément. Chaussures changées rapidement et malgré cela blessure au tibia

Ski were in great condition. Edges were perfect. Service was fast , friendly, and efficient. Also, we really liked the new Digital machine that helps fit your boots. This took all the pain out of the experience and meant that the first boots that we tried on were perfect fit.

Matériel ok, simplicité reservation internet. Accueil hétérogène selon la personne à qui on s'adresse. La personne qui nous a pris en charge pour donner le matériel était très sympa, bon conseils. Contrairement à celui à qui on s'est adressé en arrivant (car les bornes ne fonctionnaient pas) et qui a été très
désagréable. Retour matériel rapide et efficace.

Fab service always. We have a chalet nearby and the team at intersport are always polite, and helpful and very knowledgeable. Will continue to use.

Wasn't happy as you wouldn't allow us to leave our shoes for when we dropped off our skis at the end of the ski week. We have been customers of Intersport every year in Austria and France and you've always been happy to help customers with this.

Although the store is large there were very limited options for teenagers. One of my sons needed freestyle skis but I was first told thy are not available from Intersport. Then the same person said maybe come back next day. Meaning they do stock them but just not available on the day. The next day we went back and another person said they would check with the other shops in the area and he confirmed that two sets of freestyle skis would be delivered to the shop the next day. He wrote down on a label my name and said this would be applied to the skis when they arrived so it would be clear to other staff what the skis were being delivered for. We came back a third time and a different staff member served me and said they do not supply freestyle skis. I explained what the previous colleague had arranged for us and about the delivery of two sets of skis which should have been labelled with my name. Nothing was found and no one knew about it. He then said perhaps come back tomorrow. During the week we came back four times and were told different things by different people and I don't know if people were lying to us or just didn't know their job to provide the right information. My son was very disappointed and we wasted several hours of our holiday to try to resolve it. This was not a good experience at all.

Very helpful staff, great equipment
Ski were not waxed - had to pay at hotel to get them waxed. Boots uncomfortable - had to comeback to exchange. Even though the mountain was closed one day, they refused to issue a refund because they said that I paid online.
