Trop d'attente pour le retour des skis! Ce n'est pas normal d'attendre en même temps que les personnes qui viennent récupérer des skis !
Serviable, rapide, efficace et pro
Fixations trop grandes pour la planche.
Pour la qualité de nos skis, rien à redire. (Nous avons nos chaussures.)
Pour le snow de mon fils, nous avons été déçus. J'avais pris pour un niveau intermédiaire... Mais en définitive, il y a très peu d'écart de qualité entre débutant et intermédiaire ( par contre , le prix, oui). Le sachant, nous prendrons la supérieure, si nous sommes amenés à relouer.
Worst customer service! in my experience every other shop was better. We reserved in advance and still we had low quality skis. The owner was very disrespectful.

I couldn't be sure what we got were the package (black) we paid for.
The equipment is old and expensive. I don't mind paying the price because it's Courcheval but was shocked with the condition of the equipment. A friendly request for more up to date equipment was denied. We went to Skiset the next week and it was not only cheaper, the equipment was brand new and comfortable.

Ski equipment was OK, and price OK.
My attempts to book online using discounts sent to me by Intersport were frustrating - when Intersport failed to respond to my emails asking about it, I eventually gave up and booked without the discount.
The service on arrival was rushed (despite us being the only customers in the shop) - my daughter was only asked to try on 1 boot - which meant that on our first day of skiing we had to return to the store to get a proper fitting boot, which wasted at least 30 minutes of skiing time.
The lack of delivery to our hotel was also disappointing - providers in Val d”Isere do this as standard.
When we return to Courchevel next year, we will probably use another provider - there are at least 2 who are better located and provide better service for similar price.
J'aurais mis 10 mais dommage que le vendeur/patron ou je ne sais quoi au rdc ne sache pas dire et répondre au bonjour du seul client du magasin…..
Service and quality of the equipment
Accueil un peu rapide mais bon matériel en bon état … seul bémol les chaussures étaient trempées lors de l'essayage. Pour le reste rien à redire
excellent friendly service form the two guys in the ski hire area, it was a totally different experience than we had last year at a rivals hire shop. skis and boots were in good order, both assistants were clearly knowledgable area was clean and odour free! No issues with fitting or how the equipment performed. All in all a great start to the week, would recommend and use again !
