I rented an intermediate snowboard as I am an intermediate/advanced snowboarder I just haven't been in 4 years so went intermediate on the booking site. I picked up the board and went on the slopes and immediately knew it was a beginner board, it was slow, heavy and had little movement or give expected of an intermediate board. I went back to the shop and asked for an intermediate board, to which I was told "it's the same thing". It's not. The employee offered to wax the board, which he did and I left with the same board. The next day, there was no real change. Having such a terrible board, boots (they constantly kept loosening - a lot, after every run) and binds (that were not easy to click in at all) massively reduced my enjoyment of my entire snowboarding experience this year. I will never return to intersport after such a bad experience nor recommend you to any friends or family. I've rented many snowboards and associated gear in my life to date and this was by far the worst I've ever experienced.
