We received an email and call before our trip saying that the Petit Chatel Intersport where we had rented our skis would be shut over Christmas and to go to the Intersport in Chatel. We did this on Sunday morning at 10am and there was a 2 hour queue. After waiting for over an hour, we were then told that actually Petit Chatel Intersport is open, and to go there as there will be less of a queue. We rented our equipment there which was ok, no problems. When it came to return it, one of the bar scan codes (the only scan code!) on my son's boots had fallen off. Apparently this was our fault and quite a big deal despite me providing the exact rental information for those boots. I was told to speak to the manager (which I had to wait to do) and then I was told we hadn't returned any of my son's equipment, despite having done so only 10 minutes earlier! So not a great experience, but the equipment itself was good.
Personnel de bons conseils et sympathiques
We have used Intersport (Petit Chatel and Central Chatel) to rent ski equipment a number of times over the years. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the equipment is always great quality. If any amendments need to be made they are helpful and the stores are conveniently located. The website is easy to use and we have never had a problem with them! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for renting ski equipment!

Accueil et prise en charge pour le matériel très bien. Le tarif proposé pour la location complète est également attractif. Il ya également un parking à disposition, ce qui est appréciable car le centre de Chatel est compliqué pour se stationner.

Le personnel nous a très bien accueilli. Ce n'était pas l'heure de pointe, donc on avait le temps. Ils nous ont aidé a choisir le matériel adapté pour les 5. Ils nous ont gardé le matériel quelques heures, le temps que nous puissions rentrer dans notre appart en location. Le dernier jour, ce n'était pas l'heure de pointe non plus, et nous avons rendu le matériel facilement et rapidement.
