This shop doesn't look after/maintain their equipment. The first 2 pairs of skis they offered were so blunt and not waxed, they were catching and sliding in different places along the ski. Literally unusable, nothing wrong with the brand/model of ski (Salomon s-max) as I had used the exact same pair two weeks earlier at a different resort in France and had no issues. Had to go back 3 times in order to get a pair that was actually useable/semi maintained in good condition, wasting half a day of skiing. Each time I went back to the shop they were all very dismissive and looked at me as if I had three heads. When I asked if they could sharpen/wax the skis they rubbed some sort of block on tiny patches along the ski and then just handed them back. Wouldn't recommend this store, I was trying to get a refund so I could go to another rental shop as the equipment was that bad, but the refund had to be done online and it took 4 days to get a response by which time by ski holiday was pretty much finished.

Vendeur, non compréhensible, ski de mauvaise qualité, nous avons déchaussé toute la journée, les ski n'était même pas farté

Hassle free booking and pick up service. Friendly and helpful staff, equipment was great. Do check the opening times as we were caught out when returning the equipment as the shop were closed in the middle of the day.

Matériel prêté à notre groupe (3 personnes) défectueux pour 2 sur 3: fixations déréglées ayant entraîné des déchaussements et chutes pour l'un d'entre nous et ski cassé après un choc peu violent sur un obstacle... et franchise de l'assurance fort élevée!
