très bon service, bon matériel, bons conseils
Pas de souci, des gens compétents….
The process was hectic. Granted it was late on a Saturday, but more signage would have helped. There was also only one person sorting out boots which at peak time was not enough, with the employee seeming stressed. For a beginner getting boots for the first time, an explanation of how they should feel would be good. This wasn't done for my partner and led to very painful calves on first day. I feel that if more time was spent on fitting, this could have been avoided.

Aucune proposition de financer des réparations sûrement moins chères m'a été proposé pour réparer les skis que j'ai abîmé. Il a fallut que le règle la totalité des skis. Effectivement en me renseignent en rentrant j'étais trouvé des solutions de réparations
