The snowboard was super low quality and not fun to use. I expected some higher level equipment, not a cheap beginners board.
Location, ease of online ordering, fast pickup, even faster drop off
Service was great but it seems pointless booking in advance if they have virtually no skis available on arrival - I am sure that the skis I was offered were not of the level that I paid.
The staff were aloof (perhaps a cultural thing) but otherwise were efficient.
Great equipment and thank you for helping out when our skis were accidentally taken by another skier

Personnel très agréable, disponible et compétent. Les 1ères chaussures de ski ne me convenaient pas du tout (douleurs importantes sur le tibia). J'ai pu les changer sans problème et le vendeur m'a trouvé LA paire idéale !
One of the members of staff was rude when we collected our skis. The skis for our entire party were set up incorrectly, the wrong heights and weight settings were used. One of my group was badly injured as a result of this. The skis were not even connected to the boots at any point during the set up process. The equipment seemed tatty even if it was the end of the season.
