Tout était bien la préinstallation, l'installation
Satisfait de l'étude jusqu'au montage et à la démonstration. Equipe très humaine et professionnelle, bref je recommande vivement Aasgard.

Côté accueil, choix, conseil, très bien, côté installation tout fonctionne bien mais il faudrait que les installateurs soient un peu mieux outillés concernant le perçage des murs pour passer les conduits et le percage des plaques de protections arrières, quant aux explications concernant le fonctionnement elles ont été très succinctes d'autant plus que le manuel d'emploi fourni avec le poële est incompréhensible.

We decided in October that we needed to change our old log burner to a modern granule burning stove that we could control from distance. We went to Aasgard in St Berthevin as we have already have one of their stoves fitted in our kitchen. I took the precaution of making a dimensioned sketch showing what we wanted and having chosen the model best suited to our needs we were sat down to discuss configuration and costs. We were given an accurate costing at that time and an arrangement for a visit to verify all measurements etc. At the arranged time he arrived, took lots of photos and measurements and hinted that we might have it installed before Christmas. We did not quite believe that but no! a few days later a mail arrived in my inbox with a date of the 17th December!! Just what we needed with a forecast for cold weather over the Christmas period!! I was asked if I could do the small amount of preparation work, locate the position of the flue and remove the old stove which I agreed to do. The two fitters arrived on time, put down mats to prevent damage to the floor, asked a couple of questions re the exact position of the stove and then got on with the work. They had to remove the old flue liner, coil by coil from the chimney top and although not included in the quote we were not charged for that. They took great care with their ladders on the roof which I greatly appreciated as it had only recently been re-slated. The only down side and not their fault was that the outer casing could not be fitted that day as the joining strips were not in the box, BUT the remote was explained, the stove worked perfectly and is precisely what we wanted. We now have a lovely warm house when we want, at the touch of a button! I must say that we were most impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the sales staff and also with the fitters. Job well done and customers happy!!

Désolé pour cette réponse tardive mais, même si l'ordinateur n'est pas une de mes activités favorites et contrairement à vos autres mails, votre questionnaire est arrivé dans les courriels indésirables ?? Pour expliquer cette note, nous n'avons aucunes raisons de nous plaindre des conditions et de la gestions de notre achat ni de sa pose par des techniciens aussi discrets qu'efficaces. Bonne année 2026 à vous et à vos proches.
Car les poêles aasgards : poêles scandinaves ,que ce soit poêles a palets, ou poêles a bois ce sont des produits performants très bien étudiés que je recommande vivement car je possède maintenant les deux que j'apprécie beaucoup.
Nous sommes satisfait après l'installation de notre poele avoir la suite
