I absolutely love this workout and the results are like no other
Staff was great and very welcoming
In just 30 minutes, you get a full body workout. And great one on one personal trainer attention making sure your not only doing the exercise correctly, but also making sure your breathing correctly. Only 30 minutes a week and I'm seeing results!

I have recently joined and started to feel the difference in terms of body aches already the main reason to join was to see change in body but it's too soon to comment on that. But im enjoying myself so far.
