I have already recommended IBF to others. The team are lovely, friendly and ruthlessly efficient. The place is always spotless. The outcomes are positive - better muscle tone, keeping weight under control, and a key component of our wider fitness efforts. And all in 25 minutes a week.

It's been a year and every session is always amazingly gratifying!
To do a 25 mins class and knowing its equivalent to a 4 hour gym session is genius. I love the staff in the Parsons Green branch. They make the experience so fun. I am not a gym goer, but I do look forward to my weekly sessions.
