I asked for the same jumper in the other color which was not in Forum Algarve store. I expressed how much I wanted it and maybe I would try online with no assistance from sales assistant. I on advice from a friend telephoned Algarve Shopping where the excellent assistant looked in her stock and immediately reserved jumper until I popped in that afternoon to purchase it and indeed two more articles. I was most happy with the service in Algarve Shopping Store. I have been a customer of your store in Forum Algarve For more than 20 years and I would expect a more courteous interaction with your staff. I get the feeling that not being Portuguese is a hindrance. I am Irish and am a resident of 22 years with adequate local language to communicate effectively. Sorry for the bad news but you did ask. y
