Pour les autres fois que j'étais allée, j'ai eu un bel accueil et un bon service mais quand je suis allée lundi le 12 janvier vers la soirée, j'ai été accueillie et j'ai dû repartir puisque je parlais au téléphone et je ne trouvais pas le produit que je voulais alors que je cherchais. Lorsque je suis revenue, pour éviter de chercher à nouveau, j'ai demandé à la caissière assise devant la caisse si le produit était disponible et elle m'a simplement répondu que c'est sur le mur sans me préciser où exactement, ce que je n'ai pas apprécié. Il a donc fallu que je cherche pour qu'elle se lève pour finalement me montrer où était le produit en question que je cherchais. Elle n'était pas souriante et ne m'a pas souhaité "bonne soirée".
