Purchase still has not arrive
Part of the order has still not be delivered as up to today - June 28th (12 am) Carrier (DPS) seems unable to deliver the package at the correct delivery address. Carrier support , beside that involved persons of support seem only transmit a list of predifined standard anserws, is defnitly unable to change the wrong delivery address to the correct one inspide of two (2) calls from my side. Not acceptable ! Not a professional attitude at all!
your horrible costumer service since decades. your redeem system does not work half of the time. you steal costumer points. it is nearly impossible to reach you. you do not answer mails....and counting...
