10 days after purchasing my goods I am still waiting for my order. I've tried contacting customer service, only to receive a generic email back that does not help me resolve my issue. I still do not know where my order is and when I will get it. There is no phone number to speak to anyone from the company directly either. Very disappointed with customer support.
It's unclear my order would be sent in two parts meaning the ones part I needed by a certain date didn't arrive on time.
