J'ai reçu un colis qui ne m'était pas destiné (erreur à la préparation de la commande) c'est maintenant à moi de faire toutes les démarches pour renvoyer le colis, après plusieurs échanges (longs) avec le service client, qui chaque fois ne répond que le lendemain à mes messages. Ils ne me renverront le bon colis qu'une fois qu'ils auront reçu le colis qu'ils m'ont envoyé par erreur. Autant dire que le cadeau que je comptais faire est plus qu'en retard. Je ne l'avais pas pour l'événement prévu, alors que j'avais commandé dans les temps, et je ne sais encore même pas quand je l'aurai maintenant. Je suis très déçue ! Une erreur arrive, je le comprends tout à fait, mais le traitement de l'erreur derrière est lamentable.
