Great service, efficient pick up, and really helpful to be able to drop skis back every day rather than carry them around. Have used them before and would use them again!
They were very helpful. I stated with them that I wanted to cancel 1 boot hire as part of my group had bought boots. They were fine but said they could not sort our a refund. Said nothing to do with them.. very disappointing. Service good but the lack of ability to sort this and actually contact the web team would stop me in the future using your service. Easy, straightforward, efficient, and polite service. Equipment was solid; it didn't let me down. No complaints at all. I'll definitely continue to use InterSport for my ski rental.

Staff were less than friendly! I hired skis and ski boots. I stood by whilst the Skis were adjusted to take the boots, went to the top of the first ski lift only to find that the boots didn't fit the skis. I had to travel back down to the shop to get them adjusted!!! BUT have to say the assistant that dealt with the problem (a different assistant to the first) was so apologetic and helpful - the guy who originally fitted me with skis and boots couldn't have cared less! When I returned the equipment at the end of my holiday, one assistant was rude and made unnecessary unwarranted comments! Maybe end of season blues but unacceptable I wouldn't return purely based on this experience.

Helpful and efficient - pretty good skis
The staff are always very helpful and the equipment is very good. We use this shop every time we visit Morzine and are looked after.

Great location but unfortunately a terrible experience. Aside from the long wait to collect the equipment, I'd pre-booked ‘Gold Package' kit but there was blatantly no correlation to what boots / skis were actually provided. Boots were extremely tired and had to change after 2 days. Ski bindings were incorrectly set too far back on each ski - annoyingly it took a couple of days to realise what was going on before changing skis too. End result - got half a day of great skiing with decent kit out of a long weekend, so won't risk hiring here again…
