I mistakenly booked my hire to La Plagne Soleil rather than La Plagne Centre. When I arrived at La Plagne Centre on the day, they helpfully shifted my booking and provided me with the right sized board and boots.

Le service est réactif mais la taille de mes fixations de snowboard n'était pas adaptée le premier jour.

Equipe désagréable, pas un sourire, tout juste un regard. On vous donne votre matériel en 2 minutes. Le matériel n'est pas de bonne qualité alors que nous avons payé pour des packs noirs donc du matériel qui devrait être de qualité pour de bons skieurs. Nous ne reviendrons pas chez vous. Pas la peine de payer plus cher car au final ils donnent les mêmes skis à tout le monde. Peu de communication.

The lady who worked there was very friendly but the 2 “cool” guys were very arrogant and were obviously making jokes about us which we couldn't understand. This wasn't just on initial pick up, I specifically asked for wide fit boots but was told it's their job and they know best. Needless to say, the first day was agony and I had to return on day 2 to swap my boots, which they found funny! When returning the equipment we were all met with the same arrogance. We remained polite at all times greeting, thanking and conversing in French where we could but I would not use or recommend this store in future because of the two rude men.

The rented material was perfect, no surprises for us with Intersport, they took the needed time to ensure we had the right and good fitting equipment so you we could just enjoy skiing without issues. Thank you Intersport Plagne Soleil!
