I got the gold package. Which is the package one below the best one. I looked up the price of each ski and it was ~500$ and the price to replace if broken was 800$. Also they did not let me put damage insurance on the 2nd best option. I would have preferred if that was more apparent when renting online that there was no damage insurance. When I got to the store I was surprised and would have preferred to rent the best skis with damage insurance if I knew. But my skis were great and I had no problems with them. I just had to treat them better and do less park/tree skiing b/c of it. That kinda of limited my sking enjoyment. I liked that I was able to change out skis halfway through. It was super easy and fast to get skis, change and return. The workers were really helpful and nice. Would recommend intersport to my friends and if I come back I would rent from intersport.

Service sympathique mais ce n'est pas parce qu'on prend du matériel intermédiaire qu'il faut qu'il soit fatigué. En l'occurrence, sur 4 paires de chaussures louées 3 étaient très fatiguées (chausson usé, plastique aussi).

Chaussures de snowboard à bout, toujours en train de se desserrer. Fixations du snowboard qui sautent et qui se sont ouvertes plusieurs fois dans la semaine. dangereux ! Mauvaises tailles de bâtons fournis aux enfants

Qualité d'accueil rapidité et tarif
Pre-ordered and paid online - no waiting on arrival (maybe lucky with that!) and all gear ready and waiting. No issues and skis appropriate for our level (intermediate). Paid the couple of euro extra per day for loss and damage insurance for the week that gave great peace of mind for all it cost.
